A cheap, low-level secondary that any caster wants: flat mana plus a Mana Preservation focus that lowers spell cost. Most of the quest is buying pages and cards from Moodoro with small coin; the only real work is one rare mob kill for Page 30.

Part 1: Page 30 of a Book

Go to Highpass Hold and find the smugglers' den (underwater entrance near -158, 335 by Tiger's Roar).
Kill Dyllin Starsine (a low-level rare on roughly a 7 hour timer, around 600 HP) and loot Page 30 of a Book.

Part 2: Buy the book and the Jester card

Give Moodoro Finharn 2 gold to get an incomplete book.
Hand Moodoro 4 gold at a time until he gives you a Jester card (the other cards are useless).
Give the Jester card back to Moodoro for Page 34 of a Book.

Part 3: Assemble the Testament

Give Moodoro 2 more gold to receive the Testament of Vanear book.
Combine Page 30 and Page 34 inside the book to finish the Testament of Vanear.
Optional: turn the completed book in to Rarnan Lapice in Erudin for experience, some coin, and the spell Languid Pace.
