EverQuest Legends Zone Guides

Where to go, what lives there, and who to talk to, 73 zones of Norrath, sorted by region and level range.

EverQuest Legends is solo-first. A single character running the right three-class trio build can clear every zone on this page, from the newbie yards to the deepest dungeons. Personal instances are the key: you get your own copy of a zone, so you control the spawns, pulls, and pace instead of fighting other players for camps.

The zones below are grouped by region and by level range, so the fastest way to use the list is to find your level band and pick something in it. Outdoor zones are open leveling and travel hubs; indoor zones are the dungeons where the named mobs and the best gear live. Use the filters to narrow the list, then open any zone for its full breakdown: the notable named and where they spawn, what each one drops, how to reach it, and any Legends-specific revamp notes.

Difficulty here is honest. Some zones are long, gear-checked grinds. The answer to a hard zone in Legends is a tighter trio, more AAs, and better gear, or a higher-level personal instance, never a group you are forced to find.

Antonica

Lv 1–10Outdoor

Qeynos Hills

A rolling-hills newbie zone just outside the city of Qeynos and the main early leveling ground for Qeynos-aligned characters. Players grind low-level wildlife and undead, run guard and armor-hide quests, and use it as the staging area for the Blackburrow dungeon.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

East Freeport

The dockside district of the port city of Freeport, a bustling starting hub of taverns, merchants, docks, and quest turn-ins, and the main embarkation point for boat travel. It also hides the tunnel access to Freeport's evil-aligned guilds.

Zone guide →
Lv 4–16Indoor

Blackburrow

A multi-floor gnoll cave dungeon, home of the Sabertooth and Darkpaw clans, burrowed between Qeynos Hills and Everfrost. Groups push down through three floors of gnoll camps for named loot, and the tunnel doubles as the underground pass between the two overland zones. A maze of bridges, ledges, and water makes the descent as much about footing as fighting.

Zone guide →
Lv 7–25Indoor

Befallen

A sunken keep swallowed by the West Commonlands, packed with undead and dark Shadow Knights. In EverQuest Legends its named guard a three-tier key system: clear the upper ring for the keys that open the mid level, then the deep crypt, so progress is as much about keys as kills. The Pristine Studded set and a few sharp early weapons make it a favorite mid-level stop.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–25Outdoor

Oasis of Marr

A desert zone of dunes, ruins, and a central water oasis sitting between North and South Ro, mixing low- and mid-level content for solo players and trios. Players hunt reptiles along the water, camp named giants and orcs, and contend with the notorious 'Orc Highway'.

Zone guide →
Lv 15–25Outdoor

Highpass Hold

A narrow mountain pass through the highlands with a small fortified settlement of buildings, bars, and tradeskill stations mid-zone. Gnolls hold the north end and tougher orcs hold the south, so players camp the concentrated spawns while it doubles as a key cross-continent travel corridor.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–40Indoor

Splitpaw Lair

The underground warren of the Splitpaw gnoll clan, a maze of chambers, bridges, underwater passages, and prison cells. Players descend through tiered gnoll camps for steady XP and clan loot, working from the front Double Doors down toward the deep Ishva chamber. One of the quieter, less-contested grinding dungeons.

Zone guide →
Lv 15–30Indoor

Runnyeye

Runnyeye Citadel is a twisting four-level goblin stronghold packed with well-separated goblin camps and dangerous Evil Eyes. A solid mid-level group dungeon with a maze-like layout and good loot (including Blackened Iron gear); pulls get harder as you descend toward the Goblin King's throne room.

Zone guide →
Lv 18–35Indoor

Najena

A dark magical dungeon built by and named for the wizard Najena, gloomy corridors, prison pits, and elemental chambers in the Lavastorm region. Players farm the entrance elementals for early haste and utility loot and work a key sequence to reach Najena's chamber. The revamped zone makes the front-wall Unbound Flame one of the easiest named to farm on repeat.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–40Indoor

Cazic-Thule

A maze-like lizardman temple dedicated to Cazic-Thule, the god of fear. Groups fight through tight corridors, golem chambers, and pyramids toward the Avatar of Fear, earning mid-level gear that bridges dungeon loot and early raid equipment.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–40Indoor

Solusek's Eye

A fire-themed mining dungeon of lava-filled caverns (classic 'Sol A'), where fire goblins and the gnomish Solusek Mining Company share an uneasy alliance. A comparatively linear layout makes it a reliable source of mid-level gear and tradeskill materials, and the Bar Room is one of the best XP camps in the level 20s. It adjoins Nagafen's Lair (Sol B), where the red dragon resides.

Zone guide →
Lv 30–50Indoor

Lower Guk

The froglok-infested lower half of the Guk dungeon, the 'crown jewel of Antonica dungeons.' It splits into a Live Side (living frogloks under the Froglok King, more wandering danger) and a Dead Side (undead frogloks under the Ghoul Lord, the heavily-camped loot side), staying relevant into level 50 for AA farming and best-in-slot gear.

Zone guide →
Lv 15–35Indoor

Upper Guk

The living upper half of the Guk dungeon, a warren of froglok clans beneath the Innothule Swamp. Groups grind the froglok camps for steady XP and the zone's famous paladin weapon, Ghoulbane. It sits above Lower Guk, and many players clear Upper first before graduating down.

Zone guide →
Lv 40–50Indoor

Nagafen's Lair

The deeper half of the Solusek's Eye complex ('Sol B'), a network of lava caverns ruled by the red dragon Lord Nagafen. Groups farm fire giants and kobolds for XP and fire-resist gear, while raid forces come for Nagafen himself. It adjoins Solusek's Eye (Sol A).

Zone guide →
Lv 10–25Outdoor

North Karana

The Northern Plains of Karana are wide grassy flatlands that serve as a major crossroads of central Antonica and a classic mid-teens hunting ground for Qeynos-based adventurers. The zone is dotted with lions, beetles, wolves, and roaming griffawns, with a druid ring and a gypsy caravan camp near its center that make it a popular travel and staging hub.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–35Outdoor

South Karana

The Southern Plains of Karana are a sprawling grassland stretching from the Qeynos-guarded northern bridge down to the mountains, home to the aviak village, the Sabretooth gnoll camps, and the entrance to the Splitpaw Lair dungeon. It offers a wide level spread and is famous as the roaming ground of Quillmane, one of EverQuest's most competitive rare spawns.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–25Outdoor

East Karana

The Eastern Plains of Karana are a rugged stretch of grassland and hills bridging the central Karanas with the Highpass mountains, packed with a chaotic mix of aggressive wildlife, gnolls, cyclops, and griffins that earn it a reputation as an angry zoo. It offers a broad level range but demands caution because of how often deadly mobs wander into low-level areas.

Zone guide →
Lv 5–25Outdoor

West Karana

Western Karana is a vast, rolling plain linking the Qeynos region to the central Karanas, popular with early-level adventurers for its lions, bears, and beetles while hiding tougher threats like hill giants, an ogre shrine, and roaming undead. Its huge open terrain makes finding specific mobs a chore but gives newer players plenty of room to grow.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–25Outdoor

East Commonlands

East Commonlands is a sprawling grassy plain east of Freeport that serves as the main newbie and travel corridor for the Freeport side of Antonica, and its underground tunnel is the historic hub of all player trading. Creatures range from harmless fire beetles and snakes up to Deathfist orc camps and a roaming high-level griffin.

Zone guide →
Lv 6–25Outdoor

West Commonlands

West Commonlands is a broad plain between the Freeport lands and Kithicor Forest, noticeably more dangerous than its eastern neighbor thanks to hill giants, werewolves, and orc war camps. The ruined city of Befallen sits in the middle of the zone, making this a key waypoint for adventurers heading to that dungeon.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–20Outdoor

Northern Desert of Ro

North Ro is a sun-baked desert stretching south of Freeport, functioning as both a busy travel corridor and a solid newbie-to-mid hunting ground. Dervish camps, scarabs, and roaming undead dot the sands, with the more dangerous sand giants keeping to the southern edge near the Oasis.

Zone guide →
Lv 5–25Outdoor

Southern Desert of Ro

South Ro is the southern half of the great desert, a hot expanse of dunes bridging the Freeport region to the swamps and the Oasis. It offers steady mid-level hunting against dervishes, scarabs, and abundant undead, with sand giants patrolling the deadly mountain pass to the north.

Zone guide →
Lv 5–30Outdoor

Nektulos Forest

Nektulos Forest is a perpetually dark, gloomy woodland serving as the newbie and low-level hunting ground for the dark elves of Neriak. Wildlife and skeletons cover the lower levels while roaming stone and iron guardians provide tougher targets and a hazard for good-aligned visitors.

Zone guide →
Lv 5–50Outdoor

Kithicor Forest

Kithicor Forest is a deceptively peaceful woodland by day, home to low-level wildlife and a camp of Shralok orcs, but from dusk it transforms into one of Norrath's deadliest zones as a haunted army of high-level undead spawns across the trees. It is infamous as a killing ground for careless travelers.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–15Outdoor

Misty Thicket

Misty Thicket is the sprawling, gentle newbie zone for the halflings of Rivervale and one of the safest starting areas in the game. An ancient defensive wall splits it into a very safe eastern newbie half and a rougher western half with goblins, orcs, and stray undead.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Surefall Glade

Surefall Glade is a small, tranquil vale of tall trees and waterfalls tucked beside Qeynos, serving as the home city and guild of the Jaggedpine rangers and druids. It doubles as a peaceful newbie hub with bears and fishing ponds for the lowest-level characters.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–30Outdoor

Everfrost Peaks

Everfrost Peaks is a sprawling arctic zone of frozen canyons, open snow plains, and a frozen lake that serves as the newbie yard for the Barbarian city of Halas. The sheltered canyons hold low-level game while the open tundra is roamed by high-level mammoths, orc warbands, and ice giants, making it one of the most punishing newbie zones in the game.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–45Outdoor

Lavastorm Mountains

Lavastorm Mountains is a blasted volcanic zone of black rock, lava flows, and open craters east of Nektulos Forest. It is best known as the gateway to several major dungeons and is populated by fire elementals, imps, and shadowed men that make it a step up in difficulty from the surrounding lands.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–20Outdoor

Innothule Swamp

Innothule Swamp is a fetid, waterlogged lowland that serves as the newbie yard for the Troll city of Grobb and the outdoor approach to the dungeon of Guk. Shallow muck and deep pools crisscross the zone, and its mobs are notorious for assisting one another and dogpiling careless adventurers.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–25Outdoor

The Feerrott

The Feerrott is a dark, humid jungle of towering trees, ruins, and a central river, serving as the newbie yard for the Ogre city of Oggok and the outdoor approach to the temple of Cazic-Thule. Its lizardmen and spiders are aggressive groupers, and its ruins hold high-level spectres that guard the way to the Plane of Fear.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–45Outdoor

Rathe Mountains

The Rathe Mountains are a sprawling, rugged expanse of hills, lakes, and ancient temples that form part of the southern overland route between Freeport and Qeynos. The zone climbs in difficulty from southern lizard man camps up to hill giant fields and drake-haunted highlands in the west, making it a long-running mid-level hunting ground. It is also home to the mysterious Rathe Council, powerful earth-elemental beings tied to the region's oldest lore.

Zone guide →
Lv 15–35Outdoor

Lake Rathetear

Lake Rathetear is a broad mountain lake dotted with islands, towers, and shoreline camps, serving as a transit hub between the Karanas, the Rathe Mountains, and The Arena. Rather than one open field, it is a patchwork of isolated pockets separated by water, so multiple groups can hunt distinct camps at once. Its varied population of goblins, gnolls, aviaks, and undead gives it a wide effective level spread.

Zone guide →
Lv 5–30Outdoor

Ocean of Tears

The Ocean of Tears is the great open sea that the boat between Freeport and Faydwer crosses, a scattering of small islands across deep water that serves as both a travel route and a popular low-to-mid level hunting spot. Each island hosts its own creatures, from newbie-friendly aqua goblins to aviak villages and dangerous cyclops isles, and the famous Ancient Cyclops roams here as a prized target.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–50Outdoor

The Arena

The Arena is a purpose-built dueling ground with a large PvP colosseum at its center and little else, offering one of the few places on non-PvP servers where players can fight one another by mutual consent. It has no monsters and no experience to gain, existing purely as a venue for duels, tournaments, and organized events across all levels.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Tutorial Zone

The Tutorial Zone is a guided newbie area that walks brand-new characters through the fundamentals of Norrath, from movement and combat to looting, selling, and using basic abilities. It is a controlled, low-risk environment where the earliest levels can be gained safely before heading out to the wider world.

Zone guide →
Lv 18–35Indoor

High Keep

High Keep is the fortified stone castle sitting within Highpass Hold, home to human guards on its upper floors and the Pickclaw goblin clan that has burrowed into its dungeon basement. It doubles as a busy trade and quest hub with banking and merchants right at the entrance, making it a popular mid-level camp.

Zone guide →
Lv 40–50Indoor

Temple of Solusek Ro

The Temple of Solusek Ro is the fiery indoor sanctum of the god of fire and the sun, built into the lava of Lavastorm. It is primarily a quest hub rather than a grinding dungeon, its halls staffed by priests, efreeti, and elemental wards who hand out class armor and reward items across dozens of quests.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–45Indoor

Permafrost

Permafrost is a sprawling ice cavern and buried castle beneath the tundra, part frozen goblin warren and part frost giant hall, and the lair of the great white dragon Lady Vox. It offers solid mid-level group hunting up front and one of EverQuest's original dragon raid targets deep inside.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–15Indoor

Qeynos Aqueducts

The Qeynos Aqueducts are the flooded sewers and underground waterways running beneath the city of Qeynos, a classic newbie dungeon crawling with rats, snakes, and skeletons, and home to the city's rogue underworld and thieves guild. Deeper sections hide tougher undead and a few higher-level surprises.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–25Indoor

Gorge of King Xorbb

The Gorge of King Xorbb, also called the Beholder's Maze, is a winding rocky canyon ruled by the evil eye tyrant King Xorbb and populated by his goblins, muddites, minotaurs, and deadly floating evil eyes. It sits as a pass between Karana and the halfling lands and is best known for how dangerous its casters are for the level.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Qeynos

Qeynos is the great human city on the southern coast of Antonica and the primary starting city for good and neutral humans and half elves, split into the North and South districts of one continuous walled city. North Qeynos holds the temples, mage guilds and the palace, while South Qeynos holds the markets, the docks and the rougher taverns. It is a fully serviced hub with banks, guild trainers for nearly every classic class, and merchants for weapons, armor, spells and trade goods.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Halas

Halas is the rugged barbarian city of the Northmen, built on a ringed island reached across a frozen lake in the far north of Everfrost Peaks. It is the starting city for barbarian warriors, shamans and rogues, offering a bank, guild trainers and merchants within its circular tent and hut settlement. The city bank is run by the Rogues of the White Rose, giving Halas a rougher edge than most good aligned towns.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Rivervale

Rivervale is the cozy halfling town nestled in the hills of Antonica, the starting city for halfling warriors, clerics, rogues, druids and rangers. A river runs through the peaceful settlement, which offers a bank, guild trainers, brewing and tradeskill facilities, and friendly merchants. The town is guarded by well organized halfling wardens and is one of the safest newbie hubs in the game.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Indoor

Grobb

Grobb is the crude walled home city of the trolls, followers of Innoruuk the Prince of Hate, built into the edge of the Innothule Swamp. It is a primitive warren of huts, pens, and a slave prison holding captured frogloks, serving as the starting city for troll warriors, shadow knights, and shamans.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Indoor

Oggok

Oggok is the filthy fortified city of the ogres, tucked into the jungle of the Feerrott, a maze of mud huts, pens, and twisting underground passages. It is the starting city for ogre warriors, shadow knights, and shamans and is well equipped with tradeskill facilities such as forges, looms, and brewing barrels.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Indoor

Neriak

Neriak is the sprawling subterranean capital of the Teir'Dal dark elves, worshippers of Innoruuk, divided into the Foreign Quarter, the Commons, and Third Gate leading to the royal Palace. Its dark ornate halls house the guilds and services for dark elf warriors, rogues, clerics, shadow knights, necromancers, wizards, magicians, and enchanters.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–50Indoor

New Sebilisian Expedition

An EverQuest Legends original zone with no classic counterpart: the compact Iksar staging hub that serves as their starting-city stand-in. The city proper is small, just three rooms, and functions as a services hub with every class trainer and spell vendor gathered in one place, which makes it one of the easiest cities to shop in precisely because it is not sprawling. Behind the city sits a redesigned newbie leveling area, a cavern with a lake and a statue in the middle, where undead ghosts drop a set of brand-new EQL-era gear that is strong enough to carry you comfortably toward mid-level. Because this is a revamped zone, its loot is scaled to the EQL era and is not classic-EQ data.

Zone guide →

Faydwer

Lv 5–20Indoor

Crushbone

A low-level orc dungeon in Greater Faydark and the first real dungeon most Faydwer-based players enter (revamped July 2026). Players clear orc camps for XP and the classic belt turn-ins, working toward the Throne Room. Best for small-to-medium groups of 3-6.

Zone guide →
Lv 20–45Indoor

Castle Mistmoore

A gothic vampire castle off Lesser Faydark, Faydwer's flagship mid-level dungeon, filled with dark elves, vampires, gargoyles, and the undead servants of Mayong Mistmoore. Groups clear the rooms for strong mid-level gear, but the zone runs a day/night cycle that swaps its population, and careless pulls in the open central area wipe groups fast. The August 18, 2026 update revamped the castle: its named are now guaranteed spawns, each with a guaranteed common or rare drop that carries stat bonuses, and they aggress less during the day, so its loot tables are being re-verified against the new patch.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–35Indoor

Estate of Unrest

One of EverQuest's most beloved dungeons: a haunted manor on Faydwer packed with the restless dead, from its overgrown yard up through the tower and down into the basement. Groups grind the floors for steady XP and a deep bench of named drops, and the zone is a rite of passage for mid-level Faydwer characters.

Zone guide →
Lv 35–50Indoor

Kedge Keep

A fully submerged ruin beneath Dagnor's Cauldron, home to the drowned keep's sages and sea creatures under the guardian Phinigel Autropos. The whole zone is underwater, which shapes every pull, and it holds strong caster and hybrid loot.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–15Outdoor

Greater Faydark

Greater Faydark is a vast, shaded forest of towering faydark trees and the classic starting zone for wood elves and half elves, who live in the treetop city of Kelethin built on wooden platforms high above the forest floor. It is one of the busiest newbie hubs on Faydwer, prized for the endless supply of Crushbone orcs that spill in from the east.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–30Outdoor

Lesser Faydark

Lesser Faydark is a darker, denser stretch of the Faydark forest south of the wood elf lands, roamed by aggressive brownies, faeries, pixies, spectres and orcs, and famous for the wandering unicorn Equestrielle. It bridges the newbie forests to the north with the deeper Faydwer dungeons.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–20Outdoor

Butcherblock Mountains

Butcherblock Mountains is a broad, rocky expanse and the transportation heart of Faydwer, home to the dwarven city of Kaladim and the docks where ships sail to the mainland. Its gentle newbie areas near the city gates give way to goblin camps, undead and the deadly animated chessboard.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–30Outdoor

Dagnor's Cauldron

Dagnor's Cauldron is a rugged basin built around a deep central lake, best known for the sunken entrance to Kedge Keep at the bottom of the water and the haunted Estate of Unrest on its shore. Aqua goblins prowl its slopes and make it a lively mid level hunting ground.

Zone guide →
Lv 5–25Outdoor

Steamfont Mountains

Steamfont Mountains is a rolling gnomish highland dotted with great windmills and the surface home of the tinker gnomes of Ak'Anon. Clockwork constructs, kobolds and drakes range the open ground while the dangerous minotaur caves lie tucked in the hills.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Indoor

Kaladim

Kaladim is the underground dwarven metropolis of the Faydwer dwarves, carved deep into the Butcherblock Mountains and split into North and South halves connected by long tunnels. It is a full city hub with forges, guild halls, banks and merchants rather than a hunting dungeon, so most leveling happens in the newbie yard just outside the gates in Butcherblock. The interior is patrolled by tough guards, making it one of the safest cities for its resident dwarves.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Indoor

Felwithe

Felwithe is the golden high elf city of Faydwer, an ornate walled enclave of guild halls, canals and refined architecture divided into South Felwithe and North Felwithe. It serves as the home and starting city for high elf clerics, paladins, wizards, magicians and enchanters, functioning mainly as a service and questing hub rather than a hunting zone. King Tearis Thex rules from within, and his daughter Firiona Vie is its most famous resident.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Kelethin

Kelethin is the wood elf treetop city built on wooden platforms high in the canopy of Greater Faydark, the ancestral home and starting city of wood elves and half elves. It is technically part of the Greater Faydark zone rather than a separate instance, so there is no zone line entering it, only lifts up from the forest floor. The open-air city hosts druids, rangers, bards, rogues and warriors along with all their trainers and merchants.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–15Indoor

Ak'Anon

Ak'Anon is the gnome city built into a great cavern at the edge of the Steamfont Mountains, a whimsical warren of guild halls, a zoo, a central lake and mechanical clockwork constructs that serve as guards, merchants and guides. It is the starting city for gnomes of all classes and doubles as a light hunting zone thanks to the Mines of Malfunction and malfunctioning clockworks in its depths. King Ak'Anon rules the city and gives his name to the primary gnome faction.

Zone guide →

Odus

Lv 39–50Indoor

The Hole

A vast sunken city beneath Paineel on Odus, shattered into the earth and haunted by golems, ghosts, and elementals. In EverQuest Legends it is a premier level 40 to 50 endgame dungeon: the experience beats classic alternatives like Lower Guk or Solusek's Eye and can carry a group straight to the level 50 cap, while its named drop best-in-slot clickies and epic-quest components. It also doubles as an entry-tier raid, with Master Yael farmed across difficulty tiers by spinning up instances through the voidling outside the zone.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–35Outdoor

Erud's Crossing

Erud's Crossing is a small forested island in the sea between Odus and Antonica, serving as a stop on the ferry route and a hunting ground for a wide mix of wildlife, undead sailors, and casters. Monster levels span a broad range, with common newbie fauna near the docks and much tougher creatures wandering the interior. Will o' wisps make the island a popular spot for farming lightstones.

Zone guide →
Lv 15–45Outdoor

Stonebrunt Mountains

Stonebrunt Mountains is a vast, rugged expanse of peaks and ravines on Odus, home to Kejekan goblins, big cats, pandas, granite golems and spirit elementals. Monster levels run roughly from the mid teens into the mid forties, so hunting varies wildly by area. The zone also hosts the neutral village of Kejek and a string of powerful titan named mobs.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–15Outdoor

Toxxulia Forest

Toxxulia Forest is the wooded newbie zone wrapping around Erudin and Paineel on Odus, thick with kobolds, snakes, spiderlings and beetles. The northern half is a gentle newbie area, while the southern half past the bridge holds tougher kobold camps and roaming undead. A handful of high-level necromancers patrol the interior and can surprise low-level players.

Zone guide →
Lv 10–30Indoor

The Warrens

The Warrens is a sprawling kobold-infested cave dungeon beneath Odus, packed with kobolds of every strength from runts to elites plus rats, cave bats and werebat batlings. Monster levels run from the single digits near the entrance up to the mid twenties in the deep throne and diseased rooms. The many named kobolds drop the Forlorn and Cold Iron item lines prized by low-level twinks.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–10Outdoor

Erudin

Erudin is the coastal home city of the Erudite race on the continent of Odus, a calm and orderly seat of magical learning built around the greatest library of the good races. It serves as the primary starting hub for high-INT Erudite casters and paladins, offering full banking, tradeskill stations, and guild training.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–20Indoor

Paineel

Paineel is the shadowed underground city of the heretic Erudites, home to necromancers, shadow knights, and dark clerics who broke from Erudin. It doubles as a newbie hub for evil Erudites and as the gateway to two of Odus's most notorious dungeons.

Zone guide →
Lv 1–15Outdoor

Kerra Isle

In EverQuest Legends, Kerra Isle has been redesigned as the home of the new Kerran cat-folk player race, a friendly starting hub off the coast of Odus. New Kerran characters begin here among guildmasters, merchants, and quest-giving felines, and exploring the isle is how you unlock the Kerran race.

Zone guide →

Kunark

These Kunark zones aren't in EverQuest Legends yet, they're out of era. Listed as previews so you can plan ahead.

Lv 35–50Not in game yet

Karnor's Castle

A high-level fortress dungeon in Kunark's Dreadlands, patrolled by undead warriors, drolvargs, and spectral guardians, holding some of the best non-raid group loot in its level range. Groups pull singles from the moat and courtyard before pushing into the 'hand' and basement. Infamous for deadly trains.

Preview guide →
Lv 40–50Not in game yet

Sebilis

An overgrown, ancient Iksar city (Old Sebilis) deep in Kunark's jungle, an endgame group dungeon whose crypts and chambers are guarded by Froglok Kunzar armies. It offers some of the best non-raid gear in the game; groups camp the Crypt and King room for loot.

Preview guide →

Planes

Lv 46–50Indoor

Plane of Hate

A dark plane dedicated to Innoruuk, the Prince of Hate. Two interconnected floors packed with apocalyptic minions, class golems, and minibosses test a coordinated group, dropping planar armor and Epic Weapon quest components, with Innoruuk and the Maestro of Rancor as the raid targets at the top.

Zone guide →
Lv 46–55Indoor

Plane of Sky

The endgame air raid: a chain of floating islands stacked above Norrath, home to fairies, spiroc bird-men, and the djinn. You ascend one island at a time, and each island's guardian drops the key to the next portal (the Key Master on the first island sells a few). EverQuest Legends removed the old island-boss death-touches, which makes the climb learnable as a trio: aggressive islands, split-spawning mobs, and knockback off the edges are the real challenges, not the size of your group. Most of the best gear comes from class quests rather than boss drops, and many of those rewards stay best-in-slot for a long time.

Zone guide →
Lv 46–51Indoor

Plane of Fear

The nightmare plane of Cazic Thule, god of fear, and one of the original raid zones. A charged break-in past see-invisible guardians opens onto golems, spectres, and class-armor mobs, with the god himself at the center. It runs alongside Hate and Sky as the classic planar raids, and it is a major stop for class Epic Weapon components.
