The deeper half of the Solusek's Eye complex ('Sol B'), a network of lava caverns ruled by the red dragon Lord Nagafen. Groups farm fire giants and kobolds for XP and fire-resist gear, while raid forces come for Nagafen himself. It adjoins Solusek's Eye (Sol A).
How to Get to Nagafen's Lair
Reached through Solusek's Eye (Sol A) from Lavastorm Mountains. Self-contained beyond that.
EnemiesFire giants, Solusek kobolds, efreeti, drakes, and fire elementals, all hitting hard with fire damage.

Dangers
Fire mobs deal heavy fire damage and fire giants hit hard; over-pulling near Nagafen can wake the dragon onto an unprepared group before you're ready for him.
Tips
Bring strong fire resistance, and treat Nagafen as a real boss fight, not a trash pull, cap your fire resist before you engage. Farm the giants and kobolds well away from the dragon's lair until you're ready.
