Build tiers, item stats, drop locations, mechanics, and other game data on EQLForge are early and community-sourced. They may be incomplete or wrong and will change as the game evolves. Treat everything as a starting point and confirm it in-game. We make no guarantee of accuracy.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is handled by third-party providers (Google, Twitch, or Discord), so keep those accounts secure.
You keep ownership of the builds and guides you create. By publishing content on EQLForge, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content on the site and in link previews. You are responsible for what you publish and confirm you have the right to share it.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or spam, and not to misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service. See our Community Guidelines for details.
We may edit, unpublish, or remove content, and suspend or remove accounts, that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQLForge and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
