Runnyeye Citadel is a twisting four-level goblin stronghold packed with well-separated goblin camps and dangerous Evil Eyes. A solid mid-level group dungeon with a maze-like layout and good loot (including Blackened Iron gear); pulls get harder as you descend toward the Goblin King's throne room.

Dangers

Evil Eyes are the zone's signature killer; they land heavy Charm and huge direct-damage nukes that can one-shot squishies, and a charmed groupmate turning on the party makes fights chaotic. The multi-level maze also makes trains and getting lost easy.

Tips

Bring an Enchanter or other crowd control specifically for Evil-Eye charm, and pull goblins one at a time from the entrance. Use a map and move as a group; the tunnels loop and intersect.
