The froglok-infested lower half of the Guk dungeon, the 'crown jewel of Antonica dungeons.' It splits into a Live Side (living frogloks under the Froglok King, more wandering danger) and a Dead Side (undead frogloks under the Ghoul Lord, the heavily-camped loot side), staying relevant into level 50 for AA farming and best-in-slot gear.
How to Get to Lower Guk
Upper Guk (multiple entrances above) and a one-way exit to Innothule Swamp from the King's Room.
EnemiesFroglok clans (Shin, Tsu, Vis, Tal, and more) plus basilisks, gargoyles, and minotaurs, roughly level 27-50.
Camps & progression
-
Dead Side35-50
The heavily-camped undead loot side. The Frenzied Ghoul camp (Flowing Black Silk Sash), the Ghoul Lord, the Ghoul Assassin, and the Ghoul Arch Magus (Shining Metallic Robe) all live here, and because the frogloks are undead you take no faction hit farming them.
-
Live Side30-50
The living-froglok side under the Froglok King, with far more wandering danger. Hunting here damages your froglok faction, but the King's Room offers a one-way escape to Innothule Swamp if a pull goes bad.
-
Raster of Guk35
A rare monk in the Elder Room alcove that drops the Idol of Zan Fi. Always up in Legends, no placeholder to camp.

See the Where's the Manastone page for the theories.

Dangers
Wandering mobs (especially Live Side) cause unexpected adds and trains; the Frenzied Ghoul hits hard and its camp draws contested pulls.
Tips
Pick a defined camp (Frenzied Ghoul or Ghoul Lord on Dead Side) rather than roaming. The Live-Side King's Room offers a one-way escape to Innothule Swamp if a pull goes bad.
