Dangers
Wandering high-level rangers (Holly Windstalker, Cros Treewind) will kill low-level players who are fighting bears or wolves; roaming necromancers and Blackburrow-adjacent gnolls can also gank the unwary.
Tips
Stick to gnoll pups, rats, and beetles near the Qeynos side until level 4-5, and avoid the open bear/wolf grounds where the rangers patrol. Turn in gnoll fangs and animal hides for early armor.
