The Feerrott is a dark, humid jungle of towering trees, ruins, and a central river, serving as the newbie yard for the Ogre city of Oggok and the outdoor approach to the temple of Cazic-Thule. Its lizardmen and spiders are aggressive groupers, and its ruins hold high-level spectres that guard the way to the Plane of Fear.
Getting thereInnothule Swamp adjoins to the north, the Ogre city of Oggok opens on the west side, the dungeon of Cazic-Thule lies to the south, and a bridge on the east leads to the Rathe Mountains. A portal at the zone's ruins provides passage to the Plane of Fear.
EnemiesLizardmen, giant spiders, marsh bears, snakes, and alligators dominate the jungle, and both lizardmen and spiders will call for aid and swarm a careless puller. Aggressive Oggok bouncers wander in from the ogre city hostile to good races, and high-level spectres haunt the western ruins near the Plane of Fear entrance.

Tips
New Ogres should hunt the snakes, bats, and lower lizardmen near the Oggok entrance and along the northern river. Keep well east of the Cazic-Thule and Plane of Fear ruins until you are strong enough, and always check for adds before engaging lizardmen or spiders that will summon help.
