Part 1: Get a Werewolf Pelt

Kill werewolves in West Commonlands, Mistmoore Castle, or the Southern, Western, or Northern Karanas and loot a Werewolf Pelt.

Part 2: Turn in to Karg IceBear

Find Karg IceBear wandering Everfrost Peaks. Hail him, say 'I have slain a werewolf', then 'What skin?'
Hand him the Werewolf Pelt and 100 platinum together in one trade. Handing the pelt without the coin loses it.
