Part 1: Get the Coin Pouch and gather ten coins

Start with Romar Sunto in the Temple of Solusek Ro at level 35 or higher. He gives you a Coin Pouch.
Collect ten Old Silver Coins, one hidden in each home city: Ak'Anon, Erudin Palace, Northern Felwithe, West Freeport, Grobb, Halas, South Kaladim, Neriak Commons, Oggok, and North Qeynos.
Combine the ten coins inside the pouch to make the Coin of Tash.

Part 2: Run the turn-in chain

Give the Coin of Tash to Tarn Visilin in High Keep for a Glowing Coin of Tash.
Give the Glowing Coin to Mizr N'Mar in Neriak Third Gate for a Gleaming Coin of Tash.
Give the Gleaming Coin to Raine Beteria in Erudin for a Radiant Coin of Tash.

Part 3: Claim the reward

Return the Radiant Coin of Tash to Romar Sunto in the Temple of Solusek Ro for the finished Coin of Tash.
