Part 1: Start and build the Candle of Bravery

Start with Dru Razbind in Butcherblock Mountains at level 35 or higher.
Gather the Stem of Candlestick and Klunga's Bracelet from Nicholas at the paladin camp in the Rathe Mountains, the Foot of Candlestick from the Unkempt Druids there, a Honeycomb, and the Soil of Underfoot from Priestess Ghalea in North Kaladim (a short fairy-dust subquest).
Bring the candlestick pieces, honeycomb, and soil to Dok in Halas, who crafts the Candle of Bravery.

Part 2: Recover the Chalice from Captain Klunga

In Dagnor's Cauldron, take a Blood Stained Note from an Exiled Legionnaire, and grab the Abandoned Orc Shovel, a ground spawn at the Lake Rathetear orc camp.
Have Ghilanbiddle Nylwadil in Dagnor's Cauldron resurrect Captain Klunga using the Blood Stained Note, Klunga's Bracelet, and 100 gold.
Give Klunga the shovel, and he leads you to the Chalice of Conquest.

Part 3: Assemble and turn in

Combine the Chalice and the Candle of Bravery in the quest case.
Turn the finished chalice case in to Datur Nightseer in North Kaladim for the Cape of Underfoot.
Return the cape to Dru Razbind in Butcherblock for the Holy Partisan of Underfoot.
