Lower Guk Dead Side Loot Run

A farming route through the crown jewel of Antonica dungeons: which named to camp, where each one spawns, and the loot worth the trip, with the undead Dead Side as your faction-free home base. A strategy companion to the full Lower Guk zone guide. Written for trio play.

Why the Dead Side is the best farm at this level

Lower Guk splits into a Live Side of living frogloks under the Froglok King and a Dead Side of undead frogloks under the Ghoul Lord. The Dead Side is where you want to be, for one reason that changes everything:

Undead means free loot

Every mob on the Dead Side is undead, so you take no faction hit farming any of it. You can grind the whole side for experience, motes, and named loot without ever locking yourself out of froglok content, which is exactly why serious players treat it as one long farm rather than a smash-and-grab. Undead also means Slay Undead and undead nukes run the entire time.

The zone stays relevant from the low 30s all the way to 50, both for AA farming and for best-in-slot gear that bridges dungeon loot and early raid equipment.

The three headliners

These are the drops that draw people to the zone. Each has its own deep guide with the full camp and strategy:

The room-by-room Dead Side named

Beyond the big three, the Dead Side is packed with named ghouls, each in its own room with its own gear. This is your camp menu when the headliners are taken or on repop:

  • The Ghoul Arch Magus, Archmagi RoomA rare wizard named that drops the Shining Metallic Robes and Silversilk Leggings, prime caster cloth.
  • A Ghoul Cavalier, Cavalier Room (581, -622)A shadow knight named dropping A Dark Reaver and the Adamantite Epaulets.
  • A Ghoul Executioner, Executioner Room (621, -887)A warrior named with an Executioner's Axe and the Executioner's Hood.
  • A Ghoul Sage and a Ghoul Scribe, Sage Room (560, -729)Two named share the Sage Room. The Sage drops the Runed Cowl and Braided Cinch Cord, the Scribe the Parchment of Flayed Skin and Gorgon Feather Quill.
  • A Ghoul Ritualist, Ritualist bridge (766, -705)A necromancer named dropping the Embroidered Black Cape and Sleeves.
  • A Ghoul Sentinel, Sentinel spawn (845, -1077)A warrior named with the Dark Mail Gauntlets and a Brigandine Tunic.
  • A Ghoul Savant, Savant RoomA warrior named dropping the Enameled Black Chestplate and Enameled Black Mace.
  • A Reanimated Hand, Hand Room (1154, -675)A wizard named with a Serpentine Bracer and Adamantite Band.
  • A Ghoul Supplier, Store Room (636, -778)A warrior named near the tower dropping the Thick Banded Belt. Also your landmark for the Guise camp above.
  • A Kor Ghoul Wizard, Arch Magi areaA wizard named that drops the Eye of Kor.

The rare monk: Raster of Guk

Always up, no placeholder

Raster of Guk is a rare level 35 monk in the Elder Room alcove at (948, -379) that drops the Idol of Zan Fi. Unlike a placeholder camp, in Legends Raster is always up, so there is no spawn to sit on. If he is not there, someone just killed him, so check back on a normal repop.

The Live Side, if you accept the faction cost

The Live Side has its own named, but hunting living frogloks damages your froglok faction, so only work it if you do not care about that standing. The highlights:

  • The Froglok King, King's RoomThe level 47 paladin boss dropping a Mithril Two-Handed Sword, worn by many in a non-hand slot purely for its 31% haste. The King's Room has a one-way exit to Innothule Swamp if a pull goes bad.
  • A Froglok Crusader, Live Keep (240, -595)A paladin named dropping the Runed Falchion and the Mithril-Runed Tunic.

There are also minotaurs off to the side: a Minotaur Patriarch at (728, 30) drops the Ebony Bladed Sword and Azure Sleeves, and a Minotaur Elder drops the Carved Ivory Mask.

The trio kit for the whole zone

  • A slowA Shaman or Enchanter slow is the single most important tool here. The named hit hard, and a slow turns the dangerous ones into farmable ones.
  • Slay Undead and undead nukesThe Dead Side is entirely undead, so buy the Slay Undead AA before you commit to farming here. It procs the whole run.
  • Camp disciplinePick a room and hold it rather than roaming. Clear the approach so nothing trains into your back, then work the named on repop. The zone guide has the full danger list.
Exact placeholder identities and repop timings across the zone are still being pinned down from firsthand play. Treat each named as a rare spawn on a normal dungeon repop for now. This guide will be tightened with confirmed spawn mechanics as they are verified in game.
Planning the trio you will farm Guk with?

Build your three classes in the Forge around a slow, undead damage, and steady healing, save it, and compare it against what other players run in the build database.
